Where exactly are you located?

We are located at 9894 Bissonnet Street, Suite #760, Houston, TX 77036.

Yes, we allow walk-ins, but you have to call our office number 713-721-5200 to confirm the attorney is in the office before coming. Also, the attorney will see clients on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We handle the following cases:

  2. Family law including divorce and child support, etc.
  3. Personal Injury
  4. Accidents (cars and trucks).
  5. Criminal law
  6. Charity and Religious Visas
  7. General Practice.

The Law Firm of Rotimi Areola & Associates was founded in 2003 and since then, has maintained an unwavering commitment to trying cases and/or brokering favorable settlement agreements for our clients. Please browse our site for more information.

Consultations for Car Wreck and most Personal Injury cases are free. For other cases, yes, we do charge $100 for basic consultations and $150 for consultation with a review of documents. This is necessary because we want to ensure that our clients are well-informed about their legal rights, options, and the process.

We understand that some clients are busy  and may not substantially keep up with their case proceedings. As a client, you are assigned a case manager who would update you as the case progresses. You can also call our office or email us with any questions regarding your case.

You may or may not necessarily have to go to court. We continuously strive to achieve the most cost-effective solution all through the process based on the evidence in your case, your commitment, and challenges from the opposing side. Most cases settle before ever getting to trial. However, if the case progresses to trial, we will walk you through the process and confidently represent you

Expectations may differ on a case-by-case basis. Significantly, be assured that you would have experienced attorneys at your disposal who would evaluate your case thoroughly, discuss your options, and work with you in each step of accomplishing the process.  

No, Rotimi Areola & Associates is only licensed to practice in the State of Texas for now.
